Recipe: Braised Lamb Shoulder

Ingredients:
4 pieces of lamb shoulder
4 teaspoon light soya sauce
2 tablespoon ketchup/tomato sauce
1 teaspoon sugar
grated ginger - 1 thumb size
grated garlic - 5 pieces
a pinch of salt
a dash of pepper

Method:
1. marinate lamb overnight or for a few hours
2. pop it into a pan or put water
3. slow fire and cook till soft
4. serve it hot and enjoy
